Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final
EssayWiz Pro is a digital service that starts working the moment your payment is confirmed. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for monthly or yearly Pro payments, including partly used periods. The free plan lets you try every tool before you pay.
When we do refund
- Charged twice: if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we refund the extra payment in full.
- Paid but Pro didn't switch on: if money left your account and we can't switch on Pro for your account within 2 days of you contacting us, we refund the payment in full.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or PayPal) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling
- PayPal subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in your PayPal account under Settings, then Payments and Manage automatic payments. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for and won't be charged again.
- One-time passes (Pay once with PayPal or Apple Pay, and all rupee payments through Razorpay with UPI or Indian cards) do not renew. Pro simply ends after 1 month or 1 year, so there is nothing to cancel.
Delivery
EssayWiz is an online service; nothing is shipped. Pro is delivered instantly to the Google account you were signed in with when you paid, usually within a minute of payment.
